Hi :)
Open LibreOffice and look in
Tools - Options - LibreOffice - Paths
Hopefully they all have a similar start point somewhere like
libreoffice/3/user

So you can then use your file-browser (not web-browser) to navigate to the
right
folder and then just copy that to your back-ups place. I would copy the
"libreoffice" folder because then you already have the name written for you.

During the year i sometimes make a copy of the "3" folder and give it a name
that is just the date in reverse ("2011-09-02" today) but i only tend to do
this
about 2 or maybe 3 times a year at most. Usually i would do that before
upgrading or messing around with settings or if something went wrong and i
wanted to get back to "factory defaults" (by then deleting the "3" folder.
Choosing the 3 folder keeps my little back-up in the libreoffice config folder
so that i know where everything is. It wouldn't be so great for a proper
backup
;)

Good luck and regards from
Tom :)
