I confirm: I have the same strange problem with LibO 3.4.3 x86_84 under
Ubuntu (FR langpack).
Re-naming the config folder solved the problem.

I am pretty sure that this bug was not there when I installed LibO 3.4.3
rc2 for my QA tests. Strange.
