Boy, you got that right - Tom. Recently I ran across a Drop Cap-related bug in their Word program and via their support forum discovered that is was a well known problem that was reported as a bug back in 2003. Apparently MS didn't deem it necessary to fix. Also, thank goodness I was able to work around it via LO.
