Hi Miguel! Do you use a filter (AutoFilter, Sardard Filter, Advanced Filter) to hide some rows? In this case, yes, copy only the visible cells is the normal behavour.
But, if you hide your cells by the Hide command, all cells should be pasted. You can see the diference at: http://help.libreoffice.org/Calc/Only_Copy_Visible_Cells 'Copy only visible cells' extension keep the same result in the first case (with filters) and copy only the visible cells in the second case (with Hide command).
