Hi :) Once you have 1 machine set-up right (or at least "good enough") then you can usefully copy&paste the entire user-profile onto other machines, even across different platforms!
I copied the whole ".libreoffice" folder to usb-stick and onto the network and then pasted it to several different machines. It seemed to work but i didn't dig around much. I'm sure there is a more elegant way and i'm sure there is a more efficient way of doing something similar. Is there an obscure settings file that can be accessed and copied for new installations of LO? Personalising each computer after LO is installed is a bit repetitive. -- For unsubscribe instructions e-mail to: [email protected] Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted -- For unsubscribe instructions e-mail to: [email protected] Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
