Hi :) Ahh great :) A few people keep saying they would like official forums because many people find it more familiar than a mailing list. It's good to see that one gaining traction. It was set-up as a temporary measure just under a year ago! It's name looks like Ubuntu's unofficial forum at ubuntuforums.com which seems to have a larger community giving better answers than the official forum at Launchpad (except on sound issues and a few things).
