Thanks for that information, Andreas. The issue appears to have been
filed as a Java bug in March:
http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=7024514
So if we want this fixed I think we need to support/encourage (vote for
the issue)/assist the OpenJDK developers to fix it.
