Hi :) It's less of an issue with Apple as it's already been subverted and people are quite happily installing dual-boots of other OSes alongside theirs.
Often these things are scarier as a prospect than they turn out to be if/when it becomes reality. Lets hope MS implement it as successfully as they implement any security feature.
