Yes, yes, and yes. I have only ever installed Ubuntu's default fonts plus the msttcorefonts package, which is quasi-default. The only one I'm missing is "Ref", which I can't imagine would make a difference...? Also, mine use underscores rather than spaces between the words, could that be relevant?
