Hi :) I tried writing in Writer, got individual words to have different background colours and copy&pasted the words into a text in Impress but all the backgrounds disappeared. LO 3.3.2 still.
In Writer i inserted a frame and wrote in that adding different backgrounds to different words. When i copyy&pasted the frame itself into impress the words kept their backgrounds but i ran into other problems to do with sizes and only a portion of the frame. I ownder if documentation helps? http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Documentation/Publications Regards from Tom :) --- On Sat, 29/10/11, jorge <[email protected]> wrote: > From: jorge <[email protected]> > Subject: Re: [libreoffice-users] Text highlighting in LO Impress > To: [email protected] > Date: Saturday, 29 October, 2011, 5:24 > Hi > > Why not try to do it in Writer and then > copy - paste to Impress, or > with a program to save an image of desktop you can select > and paste as > an image on Impress. > > Regards, > > Jorge Rodríguez > _______________ > > > > El vie, 28-10-2011 a las 23:34 +0300, [email protected] > escribió: > > Hello! > > > > On Fri, 28 Oct 2011 18:26:22 +0100 (BST) > > Tom Davies <[email protected]> > wrote: > > > > > Hi :) > > > Once you have selected the words can you > right-click and see what > > > options you have in there for formatting > text?
