Hi :) Did you mean you opened the Calc file in LibreOffice 3.3.1 on Windows 7 ? Did it open in MicroSoft Office instead? Windows machines often have MS Office instead of LibreOffice/OpenOffice and things do go wrong with the older ODS format sometimes. So, it is worth making sure you have a newer version of LibreOffice
The 3.2.1 is very old so it's well worth updating to LibreOffice 3.4.3 or something like that. http://www.libreoffice.org/download/ If it really is OOo 3.2.1 then the OpenOffice forums might be worth trying http://user.services.openoffice.org/ Do you know what format the file is saved in?
