See the picture: the (dutch) headings with the number are the headings from the index. The're counting from 1 to 8, after that the counting starts over from 1 to 8. When i click here, i go to the actual text.
When i export the document to a PDF, the headings are shown as bookmarks - twice. First, for the index (which is, in fact, unnecessary). Then for the content.
