Hi Jason,

Is there any way
to reverse the order of columns in a Calc spreadsheet? For example,
if I have columns A through Z, I want to re-order them so that the
contents of Z are in A, Y in B, X in C, ..., A in Z, B in Y, C in
X.
(1) Insert a row at the top.

(2) Fill the row with the values 1, 2, 3, ... (This is very easy, if
you use the AutoFill functionality.

(3) Sort your columns in descending order of row 1.

(4) Delete the column insertet in step (1)

In reality I need to leave the first 9 columns in order and have
many more than 26 columns.
I don“t get that. A sheet has 1024 columns.

Thanks for the suggestion. I played with sort by column a bit before posting but never even thought of adding a temporary index row. That worked great.

To me, 1024 columns is many more than 26 columns. Especially if you are cutting column 1024, inserting a new column in front of 1, pasting into that, repeat until they're all reversed.
