Hi :) Errr, asking this list was a good 1st move and is probably what i would do. Hopefully someone might appear that does know exactly what caused it. It's difficult to know how flustered someone is or how experienced with this sort of thing. I sometimes get flustered and just need a calming nudge to remind me. Regards from Tom :)
