If English is not your first language, mistakes are OK but it typical
of the poster: "soon" becomes "days"???
I don't think anyone sane would call "weeks" (or "months") "soon", so I guess
that Tom does not make huge mistake by treating "days" and "soon" as synonyms.
But, of course, OCA downtime may last longer than expected. So OCA developers
predict that it will take few days (hence "soon"), but it will take few weeks
or even months.
Well I am still saying that on the NA-DVD site, we have listed the 2010
clipart collections that OpenClipart created for us. Those archived
files are on my domain/web server so it is not down. I think that if
you want to use their seasonal or holiday clipart, you can go to the
NA-DVD Artwork page and at the bottom of that page, you will see the
collections listed below.
openclipart-fall2010-full.zip
openclipart-halloween2010-full.zip
openclipart-sports2010-full.zip
openclipart-spring2010-full.zip
openclipart-summer2010-full.zip
openclipart-thanksgiving2010-full.zip
openclipart-winter-holidays2010-full.zip
For now, that should help many users for OpenClipart.org's service.
Also there are other clipart services out there, some free, that you can
use. Hopefully OpenClipart.org will be up withing the next few weeks,
but they are not the only source of clipart, by a long shot.
