To Mark & Jan Mark Thank you for your comments, I had originally thought of a database, however, in my experience I have never seen charts similar to those on my document. Is this possible?
With regard to Jays solution, I need all the data on page 1 as I have two different charts, the pie chart requires all data whereas the bar chart only requires the data which I want to use. One of my problems is that if I disregard the date rows from Dec 2008 to Dec 2009 I also lose the column headings.
