Hi :) Can you do the same thing that you can with pictures or frames? With frames you can right-click on the picture, choose "frame" from the context menu that pops-up and then the first tab allows you to type in numbers to set the frame size. I keep forgetting to set the aspect ratio to stay the same so i have to cancel and re-try sometimes. Pictures are handled similarly so perhaps it might work for pasted work-sheets too?
