Hi :) Perhaps re-name the User-Profile? http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Documentation/UserProfile It does what you probably think a reinstall does but it's faster (once you know the path-name)
Hmmm, is your hard-drive a bit tooo full? You seem to be getting some weird problems that 'shouldn't' happen. I'm guessing you know how to empty the junk and deleted items folder in your email client and empty the wastebin (and clear temp folders etc) but you might need to get some other stuff off your hard-drive. Windows performance tends to plummet if you have over 80% of the space used up. Hmm, perhaps i should say "plummets more".
