Yes: Alt+O, N, D.

Alternatively:
o Go to Tools | Customize... | Keyboard.
o Under Category, select Format.
o Under Function, select Define Print Area.
o Under "Shortcut keys", select your preferred shortcut.
o Click Modify and OK.
