Hi, I downloaded what is supposed to be an APA 6 template for open office with a table of contents. First, how do I get the page numbers to make the first page, which is the title page, page 1, number each table of contents page, and then continue with numbering the body pages? There is no official APA format for a table of contents, but that doesn't stop instructors from asking for it.
