Hi :)
Sorry to see there have been no replies so far.  Hopefully someone here might
know what a bubble-chart is!  Slowness often seems to be a result of
java-version.  For all versions except the 3.5.0 java 6_21 seems to be the best
but obviously you need a more recent version for other apps.  More recent
versions get slower until paste 6_24 they seem to crash LO.  Luckily you can
have more than one installed on a system at a time.

Please try

Tools - Options - Java

to let us know which version you are using.  It also shows how you are able to
select which version of java you use for LO.

Something else that might be worth trying is renaming your UserProfile

Tom :)

Hi! I'm doing some bubble charts in calc, but they are very slow in all
libreoffice versions I've tried, and in openoffice 3.3. But, in openoffice
3.2.1, it is okay. What should be happening? Is it a bug? A configuration
problem? Any ideas?

Thanks.
