Hi :) Sorry to see there have been no replies so far. Hopefully someone here might know what a bubble-chart is! Slowness often seems to be a result of java-version. For all versions except the 3.5.0 java 6_21 seems to be the best but obviously you need a more recent version for other apps. More recent versions get slower until paste 6_24 they seem to crash LO. Luckily you can have more than one installed on a system at a time.
Please try Tools - Options - Java to let us know which version you are using. It also shows how you are able to select which version of java you use for LO.
