Alex: You have obviously done a mail merge on LibreOffice before using e-mail. Have you tried sending merged e-mails such that LibreOffice mail merge is used to compose the /body/ of the message? The only way I know to do that is by using the Mail Merge Wizard. The wizard does not launch an e-mail client. But then again, JavaMail is not an e-mail client. It is an API written in Java.
The server settings that LO uses to send the mail are configured in Options >> LibreOffice Writer >> E-mail. You would ideally go about setting the SMTP server in the same way you would do it in a full e-mail client. However, this component does not run as smoothly as it does in Apple Mail or Thunderbird. This script at least at one point invoked the JavaMail API. -- View this message in context: http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/JavaMail-tp3718499p3724675.html Sent from the Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. -- For unsubscribe instructions e-mail to: [email protected] Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/users/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
