Hi :) Have you tried Revo-uninstaller? http://www.revouninstaller.com/ A few people in here months ago tried it and said it was really good but i have never tried it myself. It sounds as tho you have some remnants of OpenOffice, NeoOffice, Go-oo, LibreOffice, perhaps Lotus Symphony lurking somewhere on your system.
Before trying LibreOffice what Office Suites did you have or try?
