I keep getting the same error message, i.e., close down the older version and the quick installer before updating. Nothing works. If you have OpenOffice.org on your computer, the problem might lie in its own quickstarter still being present (and having the same file name, I think). If that is the case, then you will have to remove OpenOffice.org from your computer first.
