Open the odt file that has the linked pictures in it. Edit > Links opens the Edit Links dialog. This contains a list of all the linked pictures for the odt file. Since you want to remove the link for all the pictures, highlight the entire list. Then click the Break Link button embedding all all the pictures in the odt file. Click Close, and save the odt file.
