I have made the label background, with no text, available for you so you will be able to use it for your own label designs. It is a nice background image, along the lines of the (DE) LibreOffice-Box 3.5 label design. See https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Existing_Designs#Disc_Label for that design, and others.
Even though I have not created the 3.5 like of NA-DVD [working on a redesigned DVD for 3.5.1/3.5.2], I have listed/linked labels for:
