Hi :) I think it's a problem with Vista rather than LibreOffice. The advice is possibly what you are looking for tho

Errr, then you will probably have to do it for the individual user too. I managed to dodge Vista & Ubuntu 11.04&11.10 and will hopefully dodge Win8 too with any luck. Xp and Win7 are ok. Ubuntu 10.04 and 12.04 are better apparently, depending on taste.
