I believe people are more than happy to accept usability enhancements for services such as for the template submission. I think the source of discontent is a wrong URL at the page http://templates.libreoffice.org/template-center When you click on "Submit your Template", you go to the URL http://extensions.libreoffice.org/extension-center/createObject?type_name=PSCProject which is actually the URL for Extensions, not for templates. As Cour says, it's better to discuss these by subscribing to [email protected] (need to send a blank e-mail to that address and then follow the instructions).
