Of course there are work-arounds; I manage (under Linux) by making the LO 
window bigger than the scree, so that only the inside of the window shows on 
screen.

But it woyld be nice if one could get it directly wuth a simple Ctrl Alt Shift 
Clutch-Pedal (or other) key binding !
