Hi :) Chapter 12 in the Writers Guide https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Documentation/Publications#LibreOffice_Writer_Guide shows how to apply formatting and such. Perhaps all you need is to select the text of the ToC and use the ruler at the top to adjust the indents and such-like? Regards from Tom :)
