Format > Page > Footer enable it with the check mark
On the first page's footer Insert > Fields Click on the Field you want. There is "Page Number" listed there as well as; Page Count date time and others. I have tried the help files and also searching around in the writer program without any success. I have created and am adding to a document currently exceeding 800 pages and would like to have the pages show the # of the page on the footer and as each new page is created, automatically add that page. I know other programs can do this but so far am unable to figure it out for LO. Any ideas would be appreciated. TIA MW
