To what is the frame anchored? If anchored as a character, the only
way to move the frame seems to be cut and paste. Anchoring to a
character allows me to use the direction arrows to move the frame.
Anchoring to a paragraph or page will allow me to do the same.
My test frame contained a table, one cell of which contained a
3100x2300, 5.8MB picture.
