You may need to reinstall, but first you could try renaming your profile. I'm sorry, but I don't know where in Win7 it is kept, but it's around somewhere. LO will generate a new one on startup. If that works then you can begin moving sections of the old profile into the new one until you find which one was corrupt/damaged.
