At 4 kilobytes download size (according to Mac OSX), your file has been
corrupted and you have lost your data, I hope you have a backup
somewhere. I renamed the ODS file extension to zip, tried to unzip it, I
get an error message that the file is not a valid zip file. All ODF
files should be valid ZIP containers. So, you have a dead file, or your
upload link does not reflect the true size of the file you have on your
disk.

What file size does your file system report for this file ?
Can you rename the file extension to zip and then try to unzip it (with
an ad-hoc archiver program (winzip, 7zip, ark, fileroller, unarj, etc).

If you get the same results, then your file is definitely dead. Why that
might be is impossible for us to say for certain, a number of factors
could be involved :

- LibreOffice app crashed and died suddenly when you were working on the
file ;
- your operating system crashed and died on you suddenly when your were
working on the file ;
- power outage when working on the file ;
- a virus ou malware is running amok in your file system ;
- you were writing to the file via a network share or an external USB disk ;
- LibreOffice forgot to save your data or incompletely synched your data
when you quit the app - and yes, that does and can happen...
- gremlins...
