And folding instructions that show the layout needed: http://www.pocketmod.com/howto/ The layout photo above would probably be more clear if "B" and "F" (standing for back and front) were Numbered "1" and "8" respectively. But you get the idea. I can figure out how to get 8 up on a page, but not to have the order and orientation be as it is shown above. Any thoughts? Could a plug-in do this?
