I am using it to create booklets like the ones that appear on this site:

Although the ones I am making are for Buddhist practice, not Catholic.

It is actually very popular with people who are using an analog form of 
the GTD(Getting Things Done) method. And if you are into DIY publishing, 
they are rather nifty.

Thank you. I realize that I could do exactly what I want if I used desk 
top publishing software. But it seems so close to being possible in 
LibreOffice, I thought I would ask.

It's hard to imagine that it will be possible to patent a way of folding 
a piece of paper into a booklet.
