Well it looks like the eScape people are doing an online version of
their system, but it took a bit to find the link to the proper page to
find the extension file[s].
There is a Windows version and an "i386 .deb" version. Both are dated
as "2009-06-05"
The help page "Prerequisites" list you need Windows but leave out Debian
Linux.
