Hi :)
I hadn't realised about the menu.  I guess it is a good reason for having the 
QuickStarter in Gnu&Linux.  However there are a lot more serious changes in the 
entire interfaces of most OSes in the last year or so.  

It would be good to be able to have the menu i guess

There's no reason why someone couldn't add it to the bar if so desired.
