Hi :)
Sounds like something in the UserProfile.  Please can you try renaming your
user-profile and see if that solves the problem?

It's a kinda magic cure-all for a variety of weirdnesses.  Note that renaming
is better than deleting as it keeps all your galleries, templates, Extensions
and everything so that you can put things back to either pin-down the problem
or just recover stuff you do need.  To do the equivalent for non-OpenSource
programs you would uninstall, hunt around for stray remnants, reboot and then
reinstall but OpenSource generally lets you get "back to factory defaults" just
by renaming their user-profile/configs-folder.  They (Gimp, Firefox etc)
generally use the same basic path structure too which is quite handy.
Regards from
Tom :)

LibreOffice Writer wakes up huge displating about a 10ths of an A4
sheet and makes it unuseable.

I'm using Mint 11 Linux

Any thoughts on how to fix this ?

A desperate,

Tim
