Hi :)
What happens if you tick it?  Does it tell you you need to install the extra
language?

Can anyone tell me why in the Tools>Options>Language Settings>Writers
aids>user-defined dictionaries I get a checkbox for "sl [Slovenian]", when it
is not installed as an dictionary/language in the Extension Manager?

I noticed it after I went from 3.4.6 to 3.5.4 [Ubuntu 64-bit].
