Well, if the user does have access to a domain they can upload a file to via FTP or other client, then it would make sense for them to do so. They control where the file is located and when to remove it, after the thread has gone through the "help-cycle".
I can upload it to one of several domains I own, including libreoffice-na.us and krackedpress.com. Then after a few days, or a few weeks, I just delete it from my "online folder/directory". I have done this many time with this list and files I wanted to have someone look at. I do not know how long a Nabble uploaded file will be held onto by the server/system before it is removed.
