Hi :) Thanks Andreas. Saved me a lot of time there. Sighs deeply. It's all "good news, bad news". So the article seems to agree that it seemed like a good idea at the time but then goes on to say the implementation went a bit wonky.
So, we are left with the recommendation that everyone seems to favour which is to use one of the existing on-line services and just use their tools to set-up your questions and arrange your layout.
