I suspect not, but is it possible to run Impress using two X servers, so the 
presenter console runs on 'this one here', and the display appears on 'that one 
there'? It would be a useful way of allowing a very distant display, without 
worrying about long video cabling.

(Yes, can probably be done using xdmx, but that adds a whole new level of 
complexity!)
