While we are wasting space on this topic, a computer was used in
the USA for the 1890 Census. I don't think any of us go back that far
... And there is a Greek machine that seems to be used for computing
that goes back to 2500 BC! That was a long time ago. Think that people
of that time did not recognize the importance of it?

Only with these computers, did some of these scientists decide they
should add the hour, minute, second to the time format ...

You're right! We should just have daylight saving time all year long.
Or if we want to change the clock twice a year, we should have
DST in the winter and Double DST in the summer!
