[More Options] [X] Regular Expressions Search: ^$ Replace with nothing For future find & replace, this extension will make your life a little easier: <http://extensions.libreoffice.org/extension-center/alternative-dialog-find-replace-for-writer> After you install, you'll get a green binocular icon - click that. Under 'Search for:' & just to the right of 'Regular', click the grey box. That with turn into a dropdown box & offer a selection of some of the most common Regular Expressions, including "Empty Paragraph ^$" exactly as Andreas instructed. Click on that & you'll see that the 'Regular Expressions' is automatically checked for you.
