I have found out the tooltip in LibreOffice becomes normal again today after I open LibreOffice Writer. However, I find that the problem still persists after a GPU hung while the tooltips of other programs are still normal after a GPU hung and recovery. The GTK theme I am using is Ambiance. I am using small Galaxy icon in LibreOffice.
