In Outlook 2003 SP3 - Reply = Jay Lozier <[email protected]> and 
Reply to All = Jay Lozier <[email protected]>;[email protected].
There is no Reply to List in Outlook.

You may want to check what email address is used in the To field with 
reply or reply all.
