Hi :) Would "Styles and Templates" as in Chapter 3 of the "Getting Started" Guide https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Documentation/Publications#Getting_Started_with_LibreOffice achieve something similar?
I've not used the workspace environment thing in MS Office and don't know of anyone that has tried.
