Where is this menu at? I can’t find it in Math? Can you tell me where this menu specifically is?

Hi :) I think you are looking for Format - Page - Header and untick that so you get rid of the header. Same with the Footer tab. Alternatively ... Can you "Print to file" instead of to a particular printer? You can usually select which printer you want to use and tehre should be the option of just 'printing' to file instead of really printing. The usual format is PS but you should be able to select Pdf instead.
