Hi :) Errr, you can upload an "attachment" using the Nabble interface. You just need to follow the links in this email or navigate from the official LibreOffice website. When you get to the right thread just reply to any of of the posts, then the "More" button has "upload file" as it's top option. There is a "More" button earlier somewhere that has different options that look vaguely interesting but it's only once you are replying that you get the option to upload a file.
